Financial Guidance for Hardships & Barriers to Care

Are you or your family experiencing a financial hardship that is causing a barrier to health and wellness care including food insecurity? Are you trying to navigate Medicare or Medicaid? No matter the question, our Healthy365 Support Navigators are here to connect you with the financial guidance, tips and resources you need for overall wellness – mind, body and spirit.

In the last few years, the cost of health insurance, healthcare and medication cost has jumped to a top concern for many of our Hancock County residents. We know this can become a barrier for many. We are here to help you and your family navigate the support and options available to you to ease a financial burden.

    • Help to Navigate Insurance Options, Including Medicare/Medicaid
    • Prescription Support Resources
    • Community-Based Health and Human Services Program Resources, such as WIC
    • Low-Cost Imaging, Labs and Immediate Care Options at Gateway Hancock Health
    • Connections to Local Income-Based Resources and Assistance
    • Connections within our Congregational Network

Healthy365 does not provide direct financial assistance to residents, but we can assist in helping you navigate available local resources and help you connect with local programs. Our guidance goes far beyond simply handing clients a list of available resources. We walk beside you to overcome barriers and get you connected with services and resources that can help. If you would like to connect with a Healthy365 Support Navigator, call (317) 468-4231, or visit in person at 120 W. McKenzie Rd. Suite G in Greenfield, Indiana.

“We want to help individuals overcome any barriers they may have with getting connected to the services and resources they need. Sometimes we help them schedule an appointment. Sometimes we make the phone call to get them connected.”
