Spiritual Wellness in Hancock County

Is spirituality or religion a part of your and your family’s life? Healthy365 knows that spiritual wellness is an important part of daily life for many Hancock County residents. Our goal is to help connect you to the resources you need for overall wellness – mind, body, and spirit. We’d love to help you find a faith community that can be of great benefit, both in times of health or when you are experiencing a time of need.

The Healthy365 Congregational Network is a partnership with local churches to help our community be the healthiest it can be. The Healthy365 team connects church partners to individuals and families for faith-based support during a stay in the hospital or in a time of need at home. Church partner support may include resource navigation, prayer, a meal, or a visit.

Our support navigators also work with congregations and the community to provide educational classes and support groups that can lead to a healthier life and better mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.

If you are interested about learning more about spiritual wellness resources through the Congregational Network, you can contact our Congregational Network navigator, Laura Baker, at lbaker2@hancockregional.org or (317)468-4231.
