A Healthy Workplace is Good for Business
Why would you want to create a workplace wellness program for your company? Recent studies of companies with effective wellness programs have shown significant decreases in healthcare costs, as well as increases in employee retention, productivity, and morale.
To encourage workplace wellness and improve our county’s health and economic well being, Hancock County has partnered with the Wellness Council of Indiana’s Indiana Healthy Community Initiative—recognizing that “for Indiana to be a State that Works, we must have workplaces and communities that are well.” Your company or small business is an important part of that effort. Find out how you can get involved in the effort.
