RISE Recovery & Wellness

RISE stands for Resilience, Individualized care in a Safe Space, and Empowerment. The program is designed for Hancock County residents who are affected by mental health and substance use disorders.

 

RISE Recovery and Wellness is a Hancock Health program designed for adult residents affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental illnesses. The person-centered outpatient program builds resilience through individualized care in a safe environment. Staff is committed to providing a nonjudgmental and welcoming space to meet individuals and families where they are for compassionate substance use disorder treatment, advocacy, and overall well-being.

RISE patients can be referred via the Hancock Health network, Healthy365 Connection Center, and Hancock County community partners.

Services include:

  • Individual and group therapy specializing in substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, mood
    disorders, and more
  • Case Management to help overcome obstacles and eliminate barriers to your recovery
  • Medication Assisted Treatment available for Opioid Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder
  • Medication management for psychiatric disorders
